Starting June 1st, we will be using a new notification system (Vyne/Trellis powered by OperaDDS) to email and text message you. You are already used to our appointment reminders, both long term save the date and short term appointment reminder via email and text message. The look of these notifications will be slightly different.
We’ll be sending your emails encrypted. Your initial email will include a notification with a user ID and password so that you can securely set up your account. Once you log in, this will appear on your screen.
From here, you’ll be able to access your patient profile, messages, secure emails and any forms that we request that you fill out.
You can customize your patient portal by clicking on the upper right hand menu (grey box) and selecting the gear icon next to your name. Then click on user profile. This screen will allow you to edit your user name, email address and password.
